Luke Wilson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to 4iQ as the Vice President of Intelligence, with over 15+ years working within federal law enforcement, department of defense, and the intelligence community.

Previously the vice president of business development at Elliptic, Luke has a deep understanding of virtual currency and Blockchain technology. Prior to Elliptic, Luke worked in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Cyber Division and Counterterrorism Division for over 9 years. With the assistance of colleagues, Luke constructed the government’s first interagency task force for investigating illicit uses of virtual currency; integrating, coordinating, and sharing investigative techniques, tactics, and procedures throughout the teams. Luke has advised the U.S. government and regulators on digital currencies while at the Department of Defense and the United States Intelligence Community, and has over 17 years of law enforcement and intelligence experience.

Luke has a certificate in Fintech: Future Commerce from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and law enforcement administration from Bellevue University.
