Kailash Ambwani is a seasoned entrepreneur and senior executive with a ~30-year record of achievement in startup, early stage, and midsize (~$200 M) companies. Skilled at identifying market opportunities, driving product strategy, managing global businesses, and forging strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining 4iQ, Ambwani was CEO of Actiance, Inc a leader in compliance and governance platforms serving the largest financial services companies in the world. Earlier, Ambwani was Chief Operating Officer of Genesys Conferencing S.A., the largest independent provider of audio, video and web conferencing and collaboration services. Before his tenure at Genesys, Ambwani co-founded and led various consumer and enterprise software companies including Astound Inc, an early pioneer in the web conferencing and collaboration markets.

Mr Ambwani is a graduate of McMaster University where he received a Master of Science in Theoretical Astrophysics and a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical Physics, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
