George brings a unique blend of talents to the business world, gained from more than 30 years of professional experience. He has served on the Boards of public and private companies in a career defined by a range of executive positions in the technology industry, including the roles of CFO, COO and CEO. George has a keen understanding of the relationship between finance, operations, product development, and sales.
Throughout his career, he has served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer for several companies, including Pluribus Networks, Marvell Technology, Chordiant Software, and Remedy Corporation. He has also been an active senior advisor to Ricoh and Arrayent. As CFO, Mr. de Urioste led Remedy through a highly successful IPO and continued expansion. He was also co-founder, CEO and Board member for Aeroprise, Inc., a private software company with award winning solutions for mobile IT service management, which was acquired by BMC Software, Inc.
He has served as a Board Director and Audit Committee Chairman for Bridgelux, Inc., Vendavo, Inc. more recently, and has past public company Board and audit chairman experience. His was the President and national board of directors member of Financial Executives International in Silicon Valley. Mr. de Urioste is also a CPA (inactive). He received his MBA from University of California, Berkeley and Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Southern California.
