David Hockenberry

VP of Customer Support

Dave is the head of customer support at 4iQ, where he leads global customers technical services for 4iQ’s customers. Dave has extensive experience building support, consulting and operations teams for both enterprise and carrier customers.

Prior to joining 4iQ, Dave has held leadership positions at Narus (acquired by Boeing), LignUp, International Network Services (acquired by Lucent). At Narus, Inc., Dave provided strategic and tactical leadership for their IT and engineering labs focused on driving technology improvements across the globe. He also led a global professional services team delivering on customer engagements for Narus software deployments, integration, and custom consulting project, including proposal development and sustaining management of customer projects.

At LignUp, Dave led all customer facing technology engagements encompassing professional services, training, global support operations, and client services. At International Network Services, Dave led a team of 50+ consultants managing technical projects across numerous, high profile customers, new service offerings, technical training programs, and cross regional collaboration programs.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Analysis and Design from San Jose State University and an MBA in Technology Management
