Chief of Staff & Global Operations
Gina is 4iQ’s Chief of Staff, and manages its Global Operations. She has extensive experience running operations in a variety of industries around the globe, in both for profit and non-profit corporations. Having lived in Africa, India, Europe and the US, she brings her deep understanding of human relations to organizational development, employee relations and customer service.
Previously, Gina worked at American Express, Oberoi Hotels, Aerospike, and Stratio Big Data amongst others. A lifelong learner, she has studied Hotel Management, Literature, Psychology, Political Science, Marketing and Computer Science at IHM, University of Madras, Harvard & Stanford.
